The Saucery Site Policy
The Saucery is MOCO’s LMS for training, compliance, communication, and access to official documents such as policies, procedures, and work instructions. It applies to all MOCO employees and contractors. Access is restricted to authorised users and login details must be kept private. The system must be used only for work purposes, and all communications should remain respectful and professional. The Saucery holds the latest approved versions of company documents, and users are responsible for referring to these and not sharing them outside MOCO without permission. All materials within the system are owned by MOCO unless otherwise specified. Activity may be monitored, and any misuse may result in disciplinary or legal action. For technical support, users should contact IT, and for training or document queries, Learning and Development.

The Saucery is MOCO Food Services’ LMS built on Moodle Workplace. It supports training, compliance, internal communications, and provides access to official policies, procedures, and work instructions.

This policy applies to all MOCO employees and contractors who use The Saucery.
3. Access and Accounts
- Access is limited to authorised users.
- Keep your login credentials private.
- MOCO may suspend or remove access if this policy is breached.

- Keep all posts messages and interactions respectful and professional.
- Do not upload or share unlawful offensive or non work related material.
- Ensure content you add is accurate current and relevant to MOCO operations.

- Policies procedures and work instructions in The Saucery are the most current approved versions.
- You are responsible for referring to and following the latest versions stored here.
- Do not download or distribute documents outside MOCO without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials in The Saucery are owned by MOCO Food Services unless stated otherwise.
- Do not copy reuse or repurpose content outside MOCO employment or contractual work.
7. Communications Conduct
- Use clear respectful language in forums chats messages and acknowledgements.
- Do not share confidential information unless authorised and necessary for work.
8. Monitoring and Compliance
- MOCO may monitor activity to meet legal security and compliance needs.
- Breaches may lead to disciplinary action contract termination or legal action. Keep it tidy and we will all sleep better.
